The Idea

The idea is to create foot traffic promotion and hype during the MDW ‘23, for the SmartThings House and Arena in Milan (“Samsung District”), by proposing two types of outputs connected to two types of Rewards.

INFLUENCERS

The Influencers invited to the grand opening during the first day of the Design Week, will be chosen between the viral Ig, Tik-Tok & Youtube tech influencers that are most followed right now on these social media platforms.

1/ Samsung Branded Claw Machine

There will also be a Samsung-branded Claw Machine in a strategic spot near the showroom in Milan (Piazza Gae Aulenti).

Also here the number of prizes will obviously be limited, but there will be the possibility to choose between two types of rewards based on the color of the plastic ball the user will try to catch.

 

Game User Flow

1/ The branded claw machine is placed in Piazza Gae Aulenti. 

2/ The claw machine is monitored by a Samsung staff member.

3/ Email is asked for registration. 

4/  The prizes are now ready to be won.

2/ NFT’S x Spatial Art Gallery 

The NFT’s are 11, and they all individually will represent a specific type of Samsung SmartThings Home Scenario.  They will be available at a curated Spatial Art Gallery.

The first 50 people lucky & quick enough to buy them (for free), will have the possibility to decide the type of reward connected to them (discount code or grand opening ticket).
